Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

RULEBOOK & BYLAWS The U.S. Figure Skating Rulebook is the official publication for the association's rules and b ylaws. Additional documents and policies supplement the information in the rulebook. The Combined Report of Action details all bylaw and rule changes made through the past year by the Board of Directors and Governing Council. The rulebook can be viewed online, downloaded and printed from your personal computer or saved to a data storage device for printing at your local copy center. The online version of the rulebook is the most current version and reflects all known corrections to the edited date. RULEBOOKS ON SALE THROUGH MEMBERS ONLY Members can order a hard copy of the 2025-26 U.S. Figure Skating Rulebook by going to the Members Only online store. The rulebook and related publications are available for purchase by going to the menu in the upper-left corner of the home page and clicking on “merchandise.” Under “departments,” click on “manuals.” Printed copies of the rulebook can be purchased as one document containing all bylaws, rules and diagrams. Those who don’t need everything also have the option to purchase separate documents based on what is needed: Bylaws and Rules (without the skating skills and pattern dance diagrams), Skating Skills Diagrams only Pattern Dance Diagrams only. Coil and three-hole drill binding options are available on all publications. In addition to the publications, a three-ring U.S. Figure Skating binder and the Michelle Kwan Cover Collection are available for purchase. TEST PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS Element requirements for all standard and Skate United singles, pairs, partnered free dance and solo free dance tests, and adult intermediate through adult senior singles tests have been removed from the rulebook. LATEST UPDATES & CLARIFICATIONS: 6/18/26 – The Solo Free Dance Test Requirements were posted for 2026-27. Changes go into effect July 1, 2026. 5/26/26 – The Pairs Test Requirements and Partnered Free Dance Test Requirements charts were posted for 2026-27. Changes go into effect June 1, 2026. 2/27/26 – The Singles Test Requirements chart was posted for 2026-27. Changes go into effect March 3, 2026. TEST REQUIREMENTS Element requirements for all standard, adult, and Skate United singles, pairs, partnered free dance and solo free dance tests can be found in the charts below: Singles Pairs Partnered Free Dance Solo Free Dance Test forms can be viewed on the Members Only site.
