Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Explanation to the document Underline - new changes for this season Important notice A Team should only attempt Levels of all elements in accordance with their skating ability, in order to ensure a safe execution of the Team’s program. The NHE, TwE, and SySp may be skated in any order. If any of these Elements follow one another, there must be a clear difference between the end of the first Element and the start of the next. A required Feature in Øvelsesutvalget must be attempted to satisfy the criteria. Novices & Juvenile: Individual gymnastic style movements such as cartwheels, somersaults, head and/or handstands etc. are not permitted and will be considered Illegal Elements if included.
