Skater executes consistent steps with very strong technique and precise foot placement. Clear and consistent lobes are skated, enhancing the pattern. Edge Quality Balance, control, depth of edge, power and flow. Clean edges, well defined with good depth. Skater moves easily across the ice, handles direction changes easily and consistently demonstrates strong balance and control throughout. Skater has very good power and flow. Carriage/Clarity Style, body line, posture and unison (as applicable). Skater demonstrates correct posture and clear poise. Core balance is effortlessly strong and solid. Body lines are pleasing and confident. Movements are precise and purposeful throughout. Character/Rhythm Ability to interpret rhythm. Skater consistently expresses the music’s character, rhythm, and feeling with confidence and conviction.
