Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

7 British Ice Skating is the trading name of National Ice Skating Association of the United Kingdom Limited (02677064) Level Features 1) Difficult variations (count as many times as performed with limitations specified in the ISU Technical Panel Handbook) 2) Change offoot executed by jump 3) Jump within a spin without changing feet 4) Difficult change of position on the same foot 5) Difficult entrance 6) Difficult exit 7) Clear change of edge in sit (only from backward inside to forward outside), camel, Layback, Biellmann or difficult variation of an upright position 8) Both directions immediately following each otherin sit, camel, Layback or difficult variation of an upright position 9) Clear increase of speed in camel, sit, Layback, Biellmann or difficult variation of an upright position (except in crossfoot spin) 10) Atleast 8 rev. without changes in position/variation, foot or edge (camel, layback, difficult variation of any basic position or for combinations only non-basic position) 11) Difficult variation offlying entry in flying spins/spins with a flying entrance 12) Difficult blade feature 13) Windmills (executed 3 times in a row) Additional features for the Layback spin: 14) One clear change of position backwards-sideways or reverse, at least 2 rev. in each position (counts also ifthe Layback position is a part of any other spin) 15) Biellmann position after Layback spin (SP – after 8 revolutions in layback spin for Junior/Senior and after 6 revolutions for Advanced Novice) Please refer to ISU Communication 2788. Bonuses National 1 to National 3 There are no bonuses awarded at these levels National 4 to National 6 (Novice Requirements) In the Free Skating skaters can earn bonus points when performing all types of jumps (6 different types of jumps) independent of revolutions based on the well-balanced program requirements. To be eligible for bonus points, all different type of jumps must be valid, e.g. not be identified by the Technical Panel as invalid element (*). The bonus points will be two (2) points. The computer automatically identifies the different abbreviations in the list of elements, and the Technical Panel confirms the bonus with the Authorization of elements. National 6 (Advanced Novice Requirements) In the Short Program a maximum of two (2) bonus points can be achieved: one (1) bonus point for one (1) Double Axel and one (1) bonus point for one (1) triple jump. In the Free Skating Program, a maximum of three (3) bonus points can be achieved: one (1) bonus point for one (1) Double Axel and one (1) bonus point each for any two (2) different triple jumps.
