Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Strong hold of LFO and RFO edges with smooth, controlled transition from one another with correct 2, 2 timing. Smooth, controlled three-turn with 1+1 timing. Skater A (Follow): LFO-SwRk, RBO. Correct 1+3, 2 timing for a smooth, controlled turn, with clear unweighting of the knees. The free leg swings closely past the skating foot during each swing movement from an LFO to an LBO edge, followed by a solid RBO. Focus Area 2 Skater B (Lead) & Skater A (Follow): Steps 8-10 Skater B (Lead) & Skater A (Follow): CR-RFO, LFI-Pr, RFO. Correct 2, 2, 2 timing and technique executed. RFO, LFI, RFO edges are clean and create symmetrical lobes, keeping with Foxtrot rhythm. Focus Area 3 Skater B (Lead) & Skater A (Follow): Steps 11-13 Skater B (Lead) & Skater A (Follow): LFO, ClCSt, RBO, XF￾LBI. Correct 2, 2, 2 timing. C Step executed with the instep of the free foot brought to the heel of the skating foot before the turn. The cross-step is executed with the free leg tightly crossed below the knee, keeping with Foxtrot rhythm.
