Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Pair Test Requirements This chart reflects the rules in place for the 2026-27 season. Underlined changes are in effect for tests taken on or after June 1, 2026. Version 1.0, 5/27/26 MW Level Lifts Twist Lift Throw Jump Solo Jump Jump Sequence/ Combination Spin(s) Death Spiral/ Pivot Figure Choreographic Sequence Notes Adult Gold 3:40 maximum 3 different Lifts One may be a twist lift (no limit to the number of revolutions) If lifts are from the same group, they must be different (e.g. one star and one platter both from Group 3) Minimum one-half revolution by the man (no maximum) Variations of the woman’s position, no-handed, one￾handed and combination lifts are permitted.
