How to use this

Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Coverage, updates and corrections

This is a growing reference, not a complete collection of every test. Material may be partial, historical or a working translation. No match does not mean a country does not teach an element.

Reference presentation updated . This is not a claim that every source was checked on that date. Individual documents retain their own dates and limitations.

This does not preclude a candidate from attempting an entire test at a test day. Those dances that are passed shall be credited towards the completion of the test and need not be subsequently reskated when completing that test. Any dances failed may be re-skated after a three-week waiting period. The full NZIFSA test fee shall apply to a part test or reskate. 812.2 Dances may be skated either partnered or solo. Skaters may change from solo test to partnered test and vice versa without having to repeat tests already passed. 812.3 A candidate who is taking a Pattern Dance test need skate the test once only, and only one set of marks shall be awarded to apply to both candidates, who will then pass or fail together. However, a partner who has previously passed the test is not affected by failure in the test being tried where he or she is acting as a partner. 812.4 In cases where the partner already holds that test, after the candidate has skated the test dances with the partner the Referee may request the candidate to solo skate any of the dances attempted (or part thereof). 812.5 Skaters may choose to test all of the dances in a level. If skaters pass all of the dances on a level, they will be awarded that level with Merit. The dances may be taken all on the same day
