2-5.3.3 L’OPÉRATEUR DE DONNÉES ET L’OPÉRATEUR VIDÉO : • assistent les spécialistes techniques et le contrôleur technique ; • assistent à la réunion initiale ainsi qu’aux courtes réunions pré-segment du panel technique organisées par le contrôleur technique ; • assistent à la table ronde du panel technique organisée par le contrôleur technique. 2-5.4 HABILITATIONS DES OPÉRATEURS DE DONNÉES/VIDÉO Les habilitations des opérateurs de données/vidéo sont définies dans l’Annexe 1 du présent règlement. Les habilitations des opérateurs de données/vidéo internationaux sont définies dans la règle 121 du document « Constitution and General Regulations » publié par l’ISU. ARTICLE 2-6 - FILIERES RAPIDES 2-6.1 FILIÈRE RAPIDE DES JUGES Une nomination directe au grade national B est possible pour les patineurs ayant figuré sur les listes ministérielles des sportifs de haut-niveau (danse sur Glace et patinage artistique) ou ayant participé, en tant que compétiteur, à un championnat du Monde (patinage artistique synchronisé) ou à la Nations Cup (Ballet sur Glace) au cours des 8 (huit) dernières années. Les candidats à la filière rapide doivent postuler auprès de la CFOA, suivre la formation probatoire propre à la fonction choisie et avoir passé avec succès l’examen probatoire préalable à la certification en qualité de juge. 2-6.2 FILIÈRE RAPIDE DES SPÉCIALISTES TECHNIQUES Une nomination directe au grade de spécialiste technique national B est possible pour les patineurs ayant figuré sur les listes ministérielles des sportifs de haut-niveau (danse sur Glace et Patinage Artistique) ou ayant participé, en tant que compétiteur, à un championnat du Monde Seniors ou Juniors (patinage artistique synchronisé) au cours des 8 (huit) dernières années. Les candidats à la filière rapide doivent postuler auprès de la CFOA, suivre la formation probatoire propre à la fonction choisie et avoir passé avec succès l’examen probatoire préalable à la certification en qualité de spécialiste. 2-6.3 FILIÈRE RAPIDE – MULTIFONCTION – MULTIDISCIPLINARITÉ Peuvent bénéficier de la filière rapide pour multifonction les officiels d’arbitrage qui candidatent à d’autres fonctions dans la discipline où ils exercent déjà et qui ont atteint le grade national B au minimum dans leur fonction initiale. Peuvent également bénéficier de la filière rapide pour multidisciplinarité les officiels d’arbitrage qui candidatent à des fonctions similaires à celles qu’ils exercent déjà mais dans une autre discipline et qui ont atteint le grade national de leur discipline initiale. Les candidats à la filière rapide pour multifonction ou multidisciplinarité doivent postuler auprès de la CFOA, suivre la formation probatoire propre à la fonction choisie et avoir passé avec succès l’examen 1er degré préalable à la certification. Une fois l’examen 1er degré obtenu, l’officiel sera automatiquement classé, dans sa nouvelle fonction ou sa nouvelle discipline, selon le tableau figurant en annexe (cf. ANNEXES).
