How to use this

Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Synchro Assessment Resource Guide August 2024 Copyright © 2024 Skate Canada 5 Team At the STAR 2 – 4 level, it is not necessary to form a traditional “team” of skaters. As all elements in Synchro must be performed by a group of skaters, teams or groups may be formed through various formats including: - A group of skaters for lesson purposes - A session of skaters (could divide into smaller groups if numbers are large) - A combination of groups to create a larger group The teams or groups for STAR assessments are not meant to be formal, binding, or restrictive. Team/group requirements: - All skaters must have successfully completed STAR 1 Skills - Minimum six skaters, maximum of 12 skaters Coaches may use higher level skaters to meet the minimum of skaters needed to form a team/group for assessment purposes. Note: The configuration of the team or group may change at any time and do not need to remain the same for the entire STAR pathway or session. Attire Skaters may wear any type of skating attire for assessments. Synchro assessments do not require skaters to wear matching or uniform attire.
