Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

2025 年中国花样滑冰俱乐部联赛规程 中国花样滑冰协会 2025 Chinese Figure Skating Inter Club League Chinese Figure Skating Association - 30 - （四）出场顺序及赛前练习 1. 分站赛各组别第一项出场顺序按随机抽签顺序，总决赛各组别第一项出 场顺序按照分站赛最高总成绩得分排名倒序出场，以后项目出场顺序按已比赛完 项目成绩排名倒序出场。 2. 精英组单人滑、冰上舞蹈、双人滑项目中成年组、青年组及少年高龄组、 少年中龄组赛前热身时间及上场人数执行国际滑联相应组别的规定，其他组别及 大众组比赛热身时间执行国际滑联少年低龄组的规定。 （五）音乐 1. 所有参赛选手自行选择音乐，可以使用声乐，各项目具体要求参照国际滑 联相关规定执行。 2. 所有参赛选手须根据报名通知的相关要求提交比赛音乐（格式须为 mp3）， 音乐需要标明竞赛项目、参赛组别、选手姓名及音乐时间（非滑行时间）。 三、参赛要求 （一）参赛单位及要求 1. 俱乐部联赛参赛单位必须为中国花样滑冰协会备案的俱乐部性质单位， 不允许联合参赛，详见《中国花样滑冰俱乐部联赛竞赛管理办法》。 2. 同一运动员不可同时参加精英组和大众组比赛（单人冰舞项目除外）。 3. 同一运动员同一组别最多报两站。 十二、戏剧表演 一人为单人组，一人以上为家庭组，一套节目一人跌倒扣 0.5 分，一人以上跌倒扣 1 分。 违规动作：扣 2.0。 表演节目：音乐时间（不超过 2'00"） 1. 整套节目表达音乐风格特点和韵律。 2. 跳跃、旋转、接续步种类和数量不限。 3. 需要有音乐主题与故事情节。 4. 必须充分利用服装和道具。 5. 无技术分，所有技术动作用以表现音乐和编排主题。 注意：不利用道具则由技术组按照违规动作扣分。
