Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Standard Pre-Bronze 2 and Skate United Pre-Bronze 2 FO-BI Three-Turns in the Field The skater will perform forward three-turns alternating to backward three-turns covering the length of the rink. One length of the rink will start with RFO-LBI three-turns. The number of sets of three-turns will depend on the length of the rink and the strength of the skater. On the second length of the rink, the skater will perform LFO-RBI three-turns. The end sequence and the introductory steps are optional. This move may start on either foot.
