1-3.8.2 DÉSIGNATIONS PAR LA CFOA Le Président de la FFSG, sur proposition de la CFOA, entérine les désignations des officiels d’arbitrage sur les évènements suivants : • Championnats de France Élites, • Masters, • Championnats nationaux étrangers, • Contrôles de performance organisés par la Direction Technique Nationale, • Rassemblements non labellisées par l’ATSX, l’IBSF, la FIL, l’ISU (sélections, contrôles de performances, évaluations nationales), ou la WC se déroulant en France ou dans un pays membre, • Nations Cup et Gold Cup (Ballet sur glace), 1-3.8.3 DÉSIGNATIONS PAR LES CNOA La CFOA, sur proposition du CNOA, entérine les désignations des officiels d’arbitrage sur les évènements suivants : • Tous championnats de France (hors France Elites) • Toutes compétitions nationales, • Tests fédéraux, • Médailles nationales. 1-3.8.4 DÉSIGNATIONS PAR LES CROA EVALUATIONS DE CLUB, DE LIGUE Les désignations des officiels d’arbitrage sur les évènements suivants sont du ressort des CROA : • Tous championnats de Ligue, • Evaluations de club, de ligue, • Toutes compétitions de niveau départemental, régional ou inter-régional, • Tests Fédéraux d’Initiation, • Médailles de club, • Médailles sport pour tous – Adultes. 1-3.8.5 INVITATIONS D’OFFICIELS ÉTRANGERS EN FRANCE L’invitation d’officiels d’arbitrage membres de fédérations étrangères en France doit être préalablement approuvée par la CFOA. 1-3.9 OFFICIELS D’ARBITRAGE ÉTRANGERS RÉSIDANT EN FRANCE L’invitation d’officiels d’arbitrage membres de fédérations étrangères résidant en France doit être préalablement approuvée par la CFOA, ce, pour chaque invitation. Un officiel d’arbitrage d’une fédération affiliée à l’ATSX, l’IBSF, la FIL, l’ISU, ou la WC qui réside temporairement ou définitivement en France, et qui souhaite officier en France, doit répondre aux exigences suivantes : • À l’exception des officiels figurant sur les listes internationales en vigueur, l’officiel d’arbitrage étranger doit fournir une attestation de sa fédération indiquant les fonctions occupées, grades et habilitations dans son pays. • L’officiel d’arbitrage étranger doit être une personne éligible au sens des réglementations internationales en vigueur et qualifié par la fédération dont il est membre.
