1-3.7.2 RÉTABLISSEMENT DU GRADE Après une perte d’habilitation du fait de quotas non atteints, l’officiel d’arbitrage intéressé peut prétendre recouvrer le grade perdu si, la saison suivante, il remplit son quota d’activité en atteignant le nombre requis de points d’expérience. L’officiel recouvre son grade initial au 1er juillet de la saison suivante. Après une perte d’habilitation du fait d’une absence de re-certification, l’officiel d’arbitrage intéressé peut prétendre recouvrer le grade perdu si, la saison suivante, il suit une re-certification correspondant à sa fonction et à son grade. L’officiel recouvre son grade initial à l’issue de la session de re-certification. 1-3.8 DÉSIGNATIONS DES OFFICIELS D’ARBITRAGE 1-3.8.1 PRÉROGATIVES DE LA PRÉSIDENCE DE LA FFSG Le Président de la FFSG est seul habilité à désigner les officiels d’arbitrage représentants officiels de la FFSG lors des Compétitions Internationales, championnats, rencontres ou concours internationaux, en France ou à l’étranger, et des Jeux Olympiques, après avoir recueilli l’avis de la Commission Fédérale des Officiels d’Arbitrage ; (Cf.
