Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

7 Deduction Chart – Who is Responsible All deductions for Novice Categories are half the normal deductions for Junior/Senior. Description Penalty Who is responsible Program time violation -1.0 for every 5 Referee sec. lacking or in excess Tempo specifications – Rhythm Dance -1.0 Referee Music Time – Novice PD Time limit -0.5 Interruption in performing the program in excess of 10 seconds Referee ● more than 10 sec. and up to 20 sec. -1.0 ● more than 20 sec. and up to 30 sec. -2.0 If the adverse condition can be remedied without delay the Competitor does not need to report to the ● more than 30 sec. and up to 40 sec. -3.0 Referee and the music continues to play. If the skater resumes skating within 40 seconds, the Referee will apply a deduction. An interruption is defined as the time elapsed between the moment a Skater stops performing the program, until the moment he resumes performing the program. Interruption of the program with allowance of up to three (3) minutes to -5.0 Referee resume from the point of interruption If the Competitor does not resume skating within forty seconds, the Referee shall instruct the music As the values of those deductions are not the standard ones, the Referee to be stopped and allow the Competitor 3 additional minutes.
