Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Hoppet får inte innehålla: <, <<, e, q. • Valfritt trippelhopp Inte samma som föregående trippelhopp Hoppet ska utföras med god fart och kontrollerad landning. Hoppet får inte innehålla: <, <<, e, q. • Valfri piruett med level 4 Piruetten ska innehålla fyra features. Vid enpositionspiruett minst 8 varv och vid fotbyte 6+6 varv. Vid hoppingång ska basposition uppnås inom 2 varv. • Stegsekvens lägst level 3 – StSq3 Stegsekvensen ska utföras med god kroppskontroll och tydliga positioner. Genomförs med rena skär, flyt, och rytm. Inte snubbel eller fall. • Programkomponenter 4,25 Åkaren ska uppnå ett medelvärde (snitt) på lägst 4,25 i programkomponenter för att testet ska vara godkänt. Åkaren ska uppnå programkomponenterna under tävling. Först när det är uppnått är testet godkänt. Åkaren behöver alltså komplettera ett testtillfälle med tävling för att uppfylla alla kriterier. Definition av kontrollerad landning: Landningen får inte innehålla: - hand i isen - landning med touch - landning på två fötter - step out - fall - vändningar och treor mellan hopp i hoppkombinationer Generellt om piruetter: Viss vandring kan accepteras om piruetten i övrigt är i balans. God fart genom hela piruetten. Piruetter får inte innehålla V, touch med frifot eller hand.
