Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Skate Canada Virtual Assessments – Section Reference Guide August 2024 Copyright © 2024 Skate Canada 20 Sample Emails Club/Skating School Email Confirmation We are connecting today to confirm that we have successfully scheduled a virtual assessment day for your club/skating school on (INSERT DATE/TIME/TIME ZONE). Our next steps include the following: - Schedule: Please use the attached template to create the schedule for the assessment day. - Schedule a Technology Check: Please review the attached Reference Guide to assist with preparation for the technology check and skater preparedness. - Assessment sheets and planned program sheets: Please prepare all assessment sheets and planned program sheets as instructed in the Club, School & Coach Reference Guide attached. Technology Check: We would like to set up a day and time to do a technology check for your upcoming virtual assessment day. This will allow us to confirm the following: • Connectivity for audio and video • Camera angle • Recording/presenting device(s) to be used. • Please send us your availability so we can: Schedule a meeting in the rink that the assessments will take place. • Test the video/audio of a skater skating with music. • Confirm roles/duties and process of the day for those involved. We will perform the tech check in the same platform that will be used on the assessment day. We generally use (platform name to be inserted here). There is a free app that you can download onto all devices that will be used at the assessment day. Let us know if this is acceptable, or if you would prefer a different platform. Post assessment day activities include: • All completed assessment sheets will be sent to you in a pdf format. You will be tasked to distribute them to the skaters. o Note: Skaters will have direct contact with the evaluator(s) during the assessment and will be informed of the outcome during that experience. • Your club will also be expected to complete a summary sheet to mail to Skate Canada or submit all assessments using the online portal. • The assessment coordinator will be responsible for sending the applicable assessment fees to Skate Canada. We will also be sending a feedback survey with the assessment sheets to be filled out by the individuals involved in the assessment day. Please distribute the link to all those it pertains to. The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback that will contribute to the recommendations moving forward. Let us know if you have any questions.
