1-3.2.4 LE GRADE NATIONAL A Le grade NATIONAL A est délivré par la CFOA si l’officiel d’arbitrage satisfait aux critères suivants : • figurer sur la liste fédérale des officiels d’arbitrage au grade NATIONAL B depuis au moins trois saisons consécutives et sans interruption d’activité ; • avoir atteint au 30 juin de la saison en cours le minimum de Points d’Expérience (PE) au cours des deux saisons précédentes (dont la saison en cours) tel que précisé en annexe (cf. ANNEXES) du présent règlement ; • être à jour des obligations de formation ou de re-certification ; • être exempt de toute mesure administrative ou sanction disciplinaire ; • passer avec succès la certification 3e degré du poste visé. 1-3.3 RÈGLE DE DÉPENDANCE ENTRE LES POSTES DE JUGE, ARBITRE ET CONTRÔLEUR TECHNIQUE 1-3.3.1 CONDITION PRÉALABLE : Le statut de juge est obligatoire pour pouvoir exercer en tant qu’arbitre ou contrôleur technique dans les disciplines suivantes : • Danse sur glace • Patinage artistique • Patinage artistique synchronisé • Ballet sur glace 1-3.3.2 DÉPENDANCE DES GRADES : a) Arbitre : Le grade d’arbitre ne peut pas excéder le grade actuellement détenu comme juge. Exemple : un juge National B peut être arbitre Régional ou National B, mais pas National A. b) Contrôleur Technique : Le grade de contrôleur peut être supérieur d’un seul niveau à celui de juge. Exemple : un juge Régional peut être contrôleur National B, mais pas National A. 1-3.3.3 MAINTIEN DES FONCTIONS CONDITIONNÉ AU STATUT DE JUGE En cas de perte du poste de juge (quel que soit le grade), les fonctions d’arbitre et de contrôleur deviennent automatiquement caduques. 1-3.4 ACCÈS À UNE CERTIFICATION INTERNATIONALE 1-3.4.1 PROCÉDURE GÉNÉRALE L’accès à une certification internationale proposée par une fédération internationale (ISU, IBSF, FIL, ATSX, WC) est exclusivement encadré par la Commission Fédérale des Officiels d’Arbitrage de la FFSG. Les démarches de candidature individuelle sont strictement interdites. La FFSG est seule habilitée à évaluer ses besoins en représentation internationale et à initier un processus de sélection.
