Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

13 7.8. Старший судья (рефери), технический контролер, судья-информатор и радиоузел должны иметь между собой телефонную или радиосвязь. 7.9. На катке должны быть предусмотрены: − приспособления для подъема и спуска флага соревнований; − место для ожидания оценок; − пьедестал почета. 7.10.Для судей, участников, свободных от соревнований, представителей команд, прессы, тренеров должны быть отведены специальные места на трибуне зрителей. При проведении чемпионата и первенства России, а также международных соревнований на территории России, необходимы: − «смешанная зона» – место для проведения интервью журналистов прессы, радио и телевидения с участниками; − помещение для пресс-конференций, «пресс-центр» – рабочая зона журналистов; − дополнительные требования к оборудованию места проведения соревнований определяются техническим заданием организации, проводящей соревнования, с учетом Меморандума и Правил ИСУ. 8. ПРОДОЛЖИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ КАТАНИЯ Время должно отсчитываться с момента начала движения или катания Участника (спортсмена или любого партнера спортивной пары или танцевальной пары) и до момента полной остановки в конце программы. Продолжительность катания для программ и спортивных разрядов указана в таблице 3.
