Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

2025 年中国花样滑冰俱乐部联赛规程 中国花样滑冰协会 2025 Chinese Figure Skating Inter Club League Chinese Figure Skating Association - 13 - 2. 最多两个不同类型（简写）的旋转，其中一个必须是换足联合旋转，至少 8 圈，不允许跳 进入；另一个必须是跳接蹲踞旋转，至少 6 圈，允许换足但不允许换姿势（适用于 2025/26 赛季）。 如果有换足，至少旋转 8 圈。 3. 最多一个编排接续步，至少包含两个不同的滑行动作。 少年高龄组（女子） 参照国际滑联现已发布的 2025-2026 赛季竞赛规则及 2699 公告中少年高龄组(Advanced Novice)规定执行， 相关规定动作以本规程为准。 短节目：音乐时间（2'20" ± 10") 1. 一周半或两周半跳。 2. 单跳：一个两周或三周跳跃，此跳跃不得与节目中其它跳跃重复。 3. 联跳：由两个两周，或一个两周与一个三周，或两个三周跳组成，第二跳必须是后外结环 两周或三周（2025-2026 赛季），两个跳跃均不得与节目中其它跳跃重复。 4．不换足弓身转/侧弓身转或不换足燕式旋转（6 圈，不允许跳进入，2025-2026 赛季）。 5．只允许一次换足的联合旋转（5+5 圈，不允许跳进入）。 6．充分利用冰面的接续步。接续步定级规则中第 4 条，用不同足完成两组难度转体步组合： 组合中必须包含前内刃括弧步和后外刃外勾步（适用于 2025/26 赛季），可以在同一组中完成， 也可以一个在第一组中完成而另一个在第二组中完成。在两组转体步组合中只有一种难度转体步 可以被重复一次。达到基本级必须完成至少 2 个干净用刃的难度转体步或步法。 自由滑：音乐时间（3'00" ± 10"） 1. 最多六个跳跃动作，其中一个必须是阿克谢尔类跳跃，最多可以有两个联跳或一个联跳和 一个连续跳。其中一个联跳或连续跳可以包含三个跳，另一个最多包含两个跳。连续跳包含任意 周数的两个或三个跳，第二个和/或第三个跳必须是一个阿克谢尔类跳跃，从第一跳或第二跳落冰 弧线直接进入阿克谢尔类起跳弧线。只有两种三周跳可以在联跳或连续跳中重复。不允许做四周 跳。任何一周、两周（包括两周半跳）或三周跳不能完成超过两次。 2. 最多两个不同类型（简写）的旋转，其中一个必须是换足联合旋转，至少 8 圈，不允许跳 进入；另一个必须是跳接蹲踞旋转，至少 6 圈，允许换足但不允许换姿势（适用于 2025/26 赛季）。 如果有换足，至少旋转 8 圈。 3. 最多一个编排接续步，至少包含两个不同的滑行动作。
