How to use this

Start with a country, a beginner programme or an element. Open a level to read its collected requirements. Expand programme stages to see the exercises inside.

Try double Axel or three turn in the search box. Results show available definitions and matching evidence; not every question can be answered from the collection.

Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

Follow source links to check the original context. Where saved documents are available, you can read them here. Documents keep their dates; translations may be working translations rather than official wording.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Coverage, updates and corrections

This is a growing reference, not a complete collection of every test. Material may be partial, historical or a working translation. No match does not mean a country does not teach an element.

Reference presentation updated . This is not a claim that every source was checked on that date. Individual documents retain their own dates and limitations.

Two-foot turns

Where it appears in the collected tests

Original exercise wording is retained. Named elements and standard jump codes are searched across requirement wording, technical fields and preserved translations. Other untranslated terminology can still be missed. A missing match is not evidence that a country does not teach this skill.

                • Like the two-foot turn action described in Stage 2, the skater will perform this skill starting from a stationary position and on one foot. This skill must be trained on both feet in both directions, ensuring the skater is exposed to all four forward turns: • Right forward outside turn • Left forward outside turn • Right forward inside turn • Left forward inside turn Ideally, the free foot should be held close to the skating leg for increased balance.

                • Using the same action as indicated in a forward two-foot turn, the skater initiates a glide on two feet and bends their knees/ankles. Using the arms and knees/ankles in an explosive manner, the skater jumps off the ice and rotates 180° landing backward on two feet with bent knees. The skater exits with backward skating. Emphasis is placed on the “bend/up/bend” knee and ankle action. This skill must be trained in both directions. It is preferred to perform this skill on a curve; however, a straight line is acceptable.
