TEST 1 PRELIMINARY MEDAL
(required for Juvenile Under 12 and 12 & Over Singles)
Duration: 1 minute and 30 seconds +/- 10 seconds
A well-balanced Preliminary programme must contain 7 elements:
a) Solo Loop type jump (only single or double jumps permitted).
b) Solo Flip or Lutz type jump (only single or double jumps permitted).
c) Spin in one position with change of foot, flying entry optional – choice of sit/camel (min
4 revs)
d) Step sequence (Must utilize at least half the ice surface)
e) Jump combination or jump sequence (jumps performed solo may be repeated in a jump
combination or sequence once. only single or double jumps permitted).
f) Jump combination consisting of two jumps, (jumps performed solo may be repeated in a
combination or sequence once. Only single or double jumps permitted)
g) Combination spin with a change of foot, no flying entry (min 4 revs)
Minimum GOE Total: -4
Minimum Presentation mark: 2.00
