TEST A3 SILVER MEDAL
Duration: maximum of 2 minutes 10 seconds
a) Two (2) different jumps chosen from: Loop, Flip, Lutz
b) One (1) Axel Paulsen
c) One (1) combination jump consisting of Flip/Loop or Lutz/Loop or one
double and one single jump
d) Ladies: one (1) layback or sideways leaning spin (minimum 4
revolutions)
Men: one (1) camel or sit spin (minimum 4 revolutions)
e) One (1) combination spin with one change of foot and/or one change of
position (minimum 4 revolutions, or 4 revolutions on each foot if a
change of foot is executed)
f) One (1) step sequence or choreographic sequence covering at least ½ the
ice surface.
