Compare programmes with similar purposes, then inspect their stages and requirements. Similar content does not mean the tests have the same difficulty or that one qualification transfers to another country.

This is a growing collection, not every requirement from every country. Missing results can mean missing or untranslated evidence, not that a skill is absent from a country’s programme. Read the coverage notes before drawing conclusions.

Working English

Working English reading aid for the 21 August 2026 CSNPA handbook. Not independently reviewed. Original French remains below; named movements without an established glossary remain in French. Lists preserve combinations and choices, not new equivalencies.

Adult medals may be taken in an order of the skater’s choice according to ability. The first four use a course; the last four use programmes. Musical support is possible. The source defines this adult strand as over 18, without national individual competition participation during the season. It recommends two figure-eights formed by four curves and four widthwise diagonals for the first four medals, followed by circle exercises. Jury composition is delegated to chapter 3 A5 and judging to the individual-medal rules. This reading aid does not replace those common requirements.

Rubis programme: maximum 2 minutes 10 seconds.

  1. Three different individual jumps, including loop and flip.
  2. One combination of two OR three single jumps, at choice.
  3. One jump sequence containing single jumps.
  4. Three spins with different abbreviations, including a combination spin with one change of foot and all three basic positions. Every spin requires at least 4 revolutions on each foot.
  5. Step sequence OR spiral sequence.
