Preliminary singles: required programme content Programme to chosen music: 1 minute 30 seconds, with 10 seconds tolerance either way. Single flip; single Lutz; three jump plus single loop combination; one additional solo jump or combination. Upright spin changing feet, at least 3 revolutions on each foot. Sit spin or camel spin, at least 4 revolutions. One choreographic sequence with at least two different skating movements. No jump may be downgraded. An element assessed at GOE −5 prevents a pass.
